Berbere, this authentic Spice Blend originates from the Eastern African country of Ethiopia. A fiery red spice blend that can be found in virtually every Ethiopia kitchen. Traditionally, Berbere is used to flavor Ethiopian stews, but also used as a Rub for Beef, chicken, vegetable dishes, sauce, and Lamb. We hand-mix our Berbere spice blend from premium spices, shipped to us from select farms in African, this Berbere spice mix includes Paprika, Red Pepper, Salt, Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Cardamom, Coriander, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Allspice, and Cloves.
